In Seattle Prin 3200 all CDV trouble call quota is in 2 hour time frames.
That's right all of it. So if you get a call and they want someone there today, you have to use a 2 hour time frame. We won't kick it back.
Shhhsss This is a big secret Seattle never pushes back trouble calls ever in good old 3200 our policy is if you can see it you can have it. We're even going to have install quota open same day. Same thing applies, if you can see it, you can have it.
Now don't try this trick with anyone else but 3200, not everyone is cool like us.
